Signing up takes just a few minutes; it is verification that determines when you can actually start trading. Below is the full process and the details that most often get documents rejected.

- Sign-up: enter your email and create a unique password that you do not use for any other service;
- Email confirmation: click the link you receive to validate the address;
- Personal details: fill them in exactly as they appear on your ID document — mismatches are the No. 1 cause of rejection;
- Document upload (KYC): photo ID and proof of address;
- Wait for the review: anywhere from a few hours to a few business days;
- Turn on 2FA: do this before depositing any money;
- Test deposit: start with the minimum and test a withdrawal before depositing more.
Documents: what usually goes wrong
- Cropped or blurry photo — upload the whole document, with the edges visible;
- Flash glare over the details — take the photo in soft light, without shiny lamination reflecting;
- Old proof of address — it usually has to be issued within the last 3 months;
- Proof of address in someone else's name — it must be in your name;
- Name mismatch between the sign-up form and the document, including abbreviations;
- Expired document — an expired driver's license is usually rejected.
